Clay-colored Sparrow

Clay-colored Sparrows breed in the Great Lakes region and northcentral US, and central Canada.
This one, in bright breeding plumage, was photographed in early June at the Nature Conservancy's Bluestem Prairie unit in western Minnesota, USA.
